Analysis
Our analysis is done in two parts. Using the assessment, we prioritize the deficiencies in one of three categories:
Critical - to be corrected
as soon as possible
Important - to be corrected as soon as practical
Routine - to be corrected when convenient.
Once prioritized, we develop a recommended course of action to
correct the individual deficiency. Depending on the extent of
the deficiency, the corrective action may be as simple as a setting
adjustment or as complex as the development of a separate project
plan.
