Analysis

Our analysis is done in two parts. Using the assessment, we prioritize the deficiencies in one of three categories:

Critical – to be corrected as soon as possible
Important-to be corrected as soon as practical
Routine-to be corrected when convenient.

Once prioritized, we develop a recommended course of action to correct the individual deficiency. Depending on the extent of the deficiency, the corrective action may be as simple as a setting adjustment or as complex as the development of a separate project plan.
